Mission & Goals
Labor Mobility Partnerships (LaMP) works to dramatically increase the scale and quality of labor mobility, helping workers from low-income countries to access quality jobs across borders and businesses in high-income countries to address deepening labor shortages. LaMP takes pragmatic approach to solving this challenge. We work to demonstrate in the real world that large-scale, accessible, and rights-respecting labor mobility programs are possible, through proof of concept in a range of sectors and migration corridors. We then use the success of these models to help influence decision-makers by building powerful coalitions and constituencies advocating for policy change.
