KPN focuses on the following policy areas: All relevant digital and telecom policies, including: Digital Networks Act (DNA) – upcoming framework for connectivity and investment. Digital Markets Act (DMA) and Digital Services Act (DSA) – implementation and enforcement. Data Act – data sharing and interoperability obligations. ePrivacy Regulation – privacy and electronic communications. eEvidence Regulation – cross-border access to electronic evidence. Cybersecurity – including the Cybersecurity Act and NIS2 implementation. Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act) – risk-based approach and sectoral impact. Gigabit Infrastructure Act (GIA) – accelerating network rollout and reducing deployment barriers. Spectrum policy – efficient allocation and management for next-generation networks. Quantum technologies – enabling secure communications and advanced computing. Innovation Act – fostering R&D and digital competitiveness. Cloud and AI Development Act – promoting cloud infrastructure and AI ecosystem growth.
