Mission & Goals

KTTN aims to expand and modernize the country's digital infrastructure by providing reliable, high-speed telecommunications services across Kosovo, including underserved rural areas. The company focuses on building resilient, secure networks to support both public and private sector needs, including government operations, emergency response systems, and digital businesses. Key goals also include aligning with European standards to promote regional integration, improving cybersecurity, and supporting economic growth through digital innovation. The company is committed to inclusivity by ensuring access for marginalized communities by reaching hard-to-reach and remote areas with its infrastructure. Sustainability is also a priority, with efforts to adopt energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technologies in network operations.

EU Legislative Interests

In addition to the registration for reasons of entering into dialogue with the EC on investment projects in the Western Balkans, we are interested to participate/observe discussions on the implementation of 5G broadcast, including multimedia services, critical and emergency services, to learn from other countries' lessons in this regard.
