Communication Activities
KCSF is a foundation registered in Kosovo and operating primarily at national level. However, being part of regional networks (i.e. Balkan Civil Society Development Network) KCSF has indirect exposure also towards the EU institutions, in particular with regards to the EU Enlargement. As such, it participates in events, conferences, workshops or other advocacy activities which aim to strengthen the role of civil society in the Enlargement Process, and some of the institutions that are targeted with this advocacy include EU Delegation in Kosovo, DG ENEST, European Parliament, European Economic and Social Council and any other EU institution that has a role in the Enlargement Process. As an illustration, one of the specific policy documents that has been part of KCSF advocacy has been the DG NEAR Guidelines for civil society support in the Enlargement region 2021-2027, where jointly with other civil society organizations from the region KCSF has contributed to consultative processes and provided evidence for the specific indicators and standards of these Guidelines. All KCSF advocacy activities are public.
