Mission & Goals
Kolo Ventures is an AI-focused venture capital fund and platform based in Serbia and Luxembourg, bridging Southeast European innovation with EU and international markets. Through Kolo Ventures Fund I and its LP Portal at portal.kolo.vc, Kolo provides qualified investors with structured access to fund materials, reporting, and a secure data room. The fund backs seed and early-stage AI-native companies building real-economy applications across healthcare, logistics, education, infrastructure, energy, industry, and enterprise operations. Kolo’s mission is to mobilize capital into an underfunded regional innovation ecosystem, retain technical talent, and help globally competitive companies scale into EU and international markets while supporting innovation, competitiveness, digital transformation, green transition, and sustainable development.

Kolo Ventures secured a €5 million investment commitment through the Serbia Ventures program, an initiative led by the Serbian Innovation Fund to support early-stage innovation. This is not a grant, but an investment commitment that will be unlocked upon the fulfilment of pre-agreed conditions set by the program. Funds will be deployed once these criteria are met, in line with Serbia Ventures' framework for supporting early-stage investment funds. The commitment strengthens our capital base as we establish Kolo Ventures Fund I, a €65 million fund focused on investing in early-stage AI and frontier technology companies from the SEE region. Although our official fundraising campaign launches in May 2025, we have already secured an additional €2 million in commitments from high-net-worth individuals, further validating the strength of our strategy and network.
