Mission & Goals
Koch Government Affairs, LLC seeks to ensure that the Koch Companies have the best possible public sector environment in which to freely practice Principled Entrepreneurship(TM) by systematically applying Principle Based Management(TM).
EU Legislative Interests
All initiatives in the areas of environmental protection (including recycling), the internal market, trade, REACH, financial and monetary union, energy and energy efficiency, such as the European Green Deal, the Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability Towards a Toxic Free Environment, EU fertilizer regulation, EU's free trade agreement negotiations, especially with the UK (post Brexit) and the US, and tax transparency discussions/legislation, connected & automated driving, digital markets, artificial intelligence, EU Emissions Trading System (ETS) reform, Omnibus simplification packages, EU Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) legislation, and EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
