Kharkiv IT Cluster is a non-profit association that brings together technology companies, startups, educational institutions, and partners to develop a sustainable ecosystem for tech business rooted in Kharkiv and expanding nationally and internationally. The organisation’s remit includes strengthening the competitiveness of the IT sector, supporting digital transformation of business and communities, advancing tech education, and facilitating collaboration between industry, academia, and public authorities. Kharkiv IT Cluster conducts advocacy activities to represent the interests of the technology sector in regulatory and policy discussions at regional, national, and European levels. It also implements projects in innovation, skills development, entrepreneurship, digitalisation, and international cooperation, contributing to economic resilience and long-term recovery.
