Procurement: Supplier’s research and selection and comparing Dashboards preparation. C. Import/Export study's flows preparation for your new projects. D. Supply Chains' optimization: Design and preparation of supply chain’s flows & procedures. E. Acting like Commercial Agent in Switzerland, in Poland and in France to companies who need to find new clients. MY POURPOSE IS : • to carry out customs import and export formalities. • to anticipate and resolve shipping problems in advance. • to save companies’ time by simplifying their procedures. • to respect the deadlines. HOW? • by proactive work to anticipate problems. • by optimizing and automating tasks. • by listening the customers' and all stakeholders' needs. • by acting with integrity and honesty to protect your business and reputation.
