Developing Leaders for a Changing World Our Mission To provide leadership development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change. Our Vision To be the foremost global network of young leaders. Our strategic plan has four major strategies that allow us to imagine the future we are creating. By 2027, JCI will have made huge improvements: Strengthening the brand awareness and visibility positioning of the organization at the local, national and international level; Recruiting and retaining membership by offering and providing leadership development opportunities. Being an efficiently-ordered and open organization that can sustain itself for another 100 years - and beyond. Implementing the necessary data-driven innovation and change to be the foremost global network of young leaders.
EU Legislative Interests
Our local organizations in Europe act locally and are involved in divers areas to bring a positive impact to their countries. In this sense our goal is not to influence the legislative proposals but to organize activities that would bring awareness to our members of the European Parliament legislative priorities for 2025, but especially regarding: 76. Proposal for a REGULATION amending Regulations (EU) 2017/1129, (EU) No 596/2014 and (EU) No 600/2014 to make public capital markets in the Union more attractive for companies and to facilitate access to capital for small and medium-sized enterprises (Listing Act) 108.
