Mission & Goals
We are a modern public university located in České Budějovice. We educate about 9 000 students at 8 different faculties in more than 200 programmes including bachelor's & master's degrees as well as doctoral programmes. Our faculties: Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Fisheries and Protection of Waters, Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Theology, Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture and Technology.
EU Legislative Interests
Horizon 2020/Europe and other European research programmes. Policies and initiatives relating to higher education including further internationalisation, mobility, research, innovation, technology and knowledge transfer as well as the European Research Area.
Communication Activities
The key EU initiatives for the University are higher education and research. The University cooperates (among others) with the European University Association and with the European Network of Higher Education Institutions (ENIHEI).
