Mission & Goals
JAC (Jeunesse Ambassadrice pour le Climat et la Biodiversité) brings together young people from the “climate generation,” from high school students to young professionals, who are ready to stand up for their rights and those of future generations. We amplify youth voices with advocacy from the local level to international climate and biodiversity negotiations (COP), in which we participate every year. Aware of current ecological challenges, we promote climate and biodiversity education by organizing workshops that share scientific knowledge and explain policymaking processes. Through activities in secondary schools, high schools, and universities, we raise awareness and encourage young people to engage with these issues while sharing our experience of international negotiations. JAC is also the host organisation of the French Youth Delegate program & conduct several advocacy projects from the regional to the international level.
