E-commerce rules: Shaping revisions to e-commerce rules to ensure they are conducive to online business growth. 4. Standard-setting: Ensuring that technical standards are developed through industry-led processes rather than top-down Commission dictates, to avoid stifling innovation. 5. Public procurement: Influencing "Buy European" initiatives to ensure they don't unfairly disadvantage non-EU companies or limit access to the best technology. Artificial Intelligence Act 6. Risk classification: Influencing how AI systems are categorized (e.g., high-risk, limited risk) to ensure a balanced approach that promotes innovation while mitigating risks. 7.
