FEDIL: Founded in 1918, FEDIL is a multi-sectoral business federation giving a voice to industrials and entrepreneurs, fostering Luxembourg’s economy. GLAE: Groupement luxembourgeois de l’aéronautique et de l’espace, as part of FEDIL organization. Euro2Moon: Association which aims at initiating a European industrial ecosystem on the commercial exploration of lunar resources in a sustainable way, bringing in complementary expertise from public & private / space & non space / large and small industries. The Hague International Space Resources Governance Working Group aims to assess, on a global scale, the need for an international framework for space resource activities and to prepare the basis for such a framework.

Additional Information
a) Entity's Fiscal year closing on Dec 31st. 2024 is currently being audited by statutory auditor KPMG Luxembourg. Approval by shareholders is pending at this stage (planned for mid year 2025). b) Selection range for "estimate of annual costs related to activities covered by the register" (10 to 25k), based on draft 2024 costs (please see prior point) and teams organization. This mostly consists in staff costs (our employees involved in discussion with EU institutions) and travel expenses.
