Mission & Goals
The International Nut and Dried Fruit Council (INC) is a not-for-profit foundation established in 1983, whose mission is to facilitate sustainable growth in supply and consumption through sharing the goodness and health benefits of nuts and dried fruit globally. INC promotes the sustainable growth of nuts and dried fruit globally to improve consumption and benefit the businesses involved by undertaking a number of strategic actions: Encourage people to enjoy the health benefits of nuts and dried fruits in their lives; Inspire & Guide the industry on sustainability and the circular economy; Promote the research and global knowledge of the health benefits of nuts and dried fruits; Support the companies in the business that bring nuts & dried fruits to society; Guarantee high quality standards and trading terms within the framework of existing national and international bodies; Gather together the industry at international conventions and meetings to work together.
