Mission & Goals
The International Connectivity Coalition (ICC) is an informal global coalition of companies investing in submarine fibre optic cable infrastructure, which enables real-time communication and digital transactions across continents. Originally established in the United States, ICC now has chapters in North America, Latin America, and the European Union. Its mission is to provide technical expertise on the submarine cable sector, support the development of new connectivity projects, and promote international cooperation to ensure the resilience, security, and sustainability of this critical global infrastructure.
