Mission & Goals
The IAO is the umbrella association for national organisations representing the rights and interests of Featured Artists in the Music Industry. Our principal interests are transparency, the protection of intellectual property rights and a fair relfection of the value an artist's work generates.

Communication Activities
IAO participates in conferences in festivals such as Reeperbahn, Bylarm, Midem, Francofaune, Sonar... We write letters and join campaigns related to EU policies. We publish studies commissioned by the organisation to reknown researchers. We propose amendments to any proposals of directive that concerns our issues.

Additional Information
Los costes son reducidos. Se limitan a pagar los costos de los estudios realizados y a un pequeño pago a la persona encargada de las operaciones de la organización (envío de comunicados, actas de las reuniones, etc...). Los ingresos se limitan a las cuotas anuales (1000€) pagadas por los miembros y esporádicamente a donaciones reducidas de alguna fundación u otra asociación.
