Mission & Goals
The Company's objects are specifically restricted for developing and advancing high-integrity nature credit markets, in particular but not exclusively, by: a) supporting governments to put in place and augment enabling policy and regulation to drive uptake of high integrity nature credits globally, including but not limited to biodiversity credits, in ways that deliver outcomes for nature, income for local economies and equity for nature's stewards; b) developing further measurement, verification and assurance guidance to support high integrity in biodiversity credits (and wider nature markets), including the use of digital technological solutions to enhance visibility and accountability; c) creating a community of practice to learn from pilot projects and other market developments, to showcase and advance best practices across a range of project types and use cases; d) serving to advance nature credit market standards and their effective deployment and oversight.
