EU Legislative Interests
InterDigital participates globally in activities associated with wireless communications and video research and development. We are following the Digital Single Market agenda, Industrial Strategy, trade and telecoms standardization issues, in particular 5G issues and any other spectrum, broadband, patent, standard essential patent or other IP, IP enforcement and competition issues that might be considered by the EU Commission.
