ARTÍCULO CUARTO: OBJETO SOCIAL: ISA tiene por objeto: 1) La prestación del servicio /publico de transmisión de energia eléctrica, de conformidad con lo establecido en las Leyes 142 y 143 de 1994 y las normas que las adicionen, modifiquen o sustituyan, asi como la prestación . de servicios. conexos, complementarios y relacionados con tales actividades, según el marco legal y regulatorio vigente. 2) El desarrollo de sistemas, actividades y servicios de telecomunicaciones. 3) La participación directa o indirecta en actividades y servicios relacionados con el transporte de otros energéticos. 4) La prestación de servicios técnicos y no técnicos en actividades relacionadas con su objeto. 5) El desarrollo de proyectos de infraestructura y su explotación comercial, así como la realización de actividades relacionadas con el ejercicio de la ingenieria en los términos de la Ley 842 de 2003 y las normas que la adicionen, modifiquen o sustituyan. 6) La inversión en empresas nacionales o extranjeras
EU Legislative Interests
Our interactions with EU institutions are linked to the following EU policies and instruments: Global Gateway strategy, in particular its energy and connectivity pillars, as they relate to sustainable and interconnected power systems in Latin America and the Caribbean. EU–LAC Global Gateway Investment Agenda (GGIA), including its pillar on a fair green transition and regional energy infrastructure, under which regional electricity interconnection projects are being considered. Implementation of the Joint Declaration and Roadmap of the 4th EU–CELAC Summit (Santa Marta, 9–10 November 2025), specifically the commitments on climate action, energy transition and strengthening regional energy interconnections in Latin America and the Caribbean.
