Mission & Goals
The Institute for European Policies and Reforms (IPRE) is an independent, non-profit, and apolitical think-tank in the Republic of Moldova established in March 2015. Our Mission is to accelerate the European integration of the Republic of Moldova by promoting systemic reforms, strengthening participatory democracy and increasing the role of citizens in national and local decision-making processes.IPRE is one of the leading thank-tanks in Moldova, actively promoting European integration, sustainable development, good governance, and the rule of law. With a strong track record, IPRE plays a key role in monitoring and evaluating the Eastern Partnership policy, and EU accession process, and facilitating policy dialogue, policy development, and advocacy activities at local, national, and European levels.

Communication Activities
IPRE specializes in research, policy analysis, and advocacy in key areas relevant to Moldova’s European integration, including good governance, public administration reform, justice sector reform, anti-corruption, foreign and security policies. Through its expertise and engagement, IPRE contributes to Moldova’s reform process by supporting evidence-based policymaking, systemic reforms, and participatory democracy.
