Mission & Goals

Our organisation represents SE Ignalina NPP (Nuclear power plant) employees interest on the enterprise level. We participate in negotiation on collective agreement with employer. Our mane goal is to ensure safe and well paid conditions of employees at the SE Ignalina NPP. As SE Ignalina NPP decommissioning process is mainly financed by EU funds, we communicate with European Commission Directorate-General for Energy (ENER.D.2: Nuclear energy, nuclear waste and decommissioning).

EU Legislative Interests

Nuclear Decommissioning Assistance Program (NDAP), Council regulation establishing the nuclear decommissioning assistance programme of the Ignalina nuclear power plant in Lithuania (Ignalina programme).

Communication Activities

We have not been carrying out activities (events, campaigns, publications, etc.) for the last years, except working meetings with EU representatives (European Commission Directorate-General for Energy (ENER.D.2: Nuclear energy, nuclear waste and decommissioning)) and we are not currently planning to carry out activities (events, campaigns, publications, etc.), except working meetings.

Our organisation is a member of European Federation of Executives in the Sectors of Energy and related Research - FECER (www.fecer.eu). FECER is a member of CEC European Managers (https://www.cec-managers.org/).

Organisation Members

Our organisation unites about 560 members - SE Ignalina NPP employees.

Additional Information

Main communication activities are working meetings on-line, so such meeting organisation don't requires big funds, as well as meeting in person organisation once per 2-3 years are covered within budget less then 10000 euro.
