Mission & Goals
IIOA is a trade association of global assurance bodies, offering extensive service including certification and validation and verification. IIOA’s aims are: • Actively engage with the market place via industry bodies, leading companies and other organisations to understand their key market needs • Work with the appropriate bodies to ensure conformity assessment and assurance provide a relevant foundation to meet key market needs • Communicate and promote the development of assurance solutions for products, processes, people and supply chains in an increasingly connected marketplace to meet key market needs • Promote the benefits of accredited certification and assurance solutions • Work with key stakeholders to create pathways for the development of assurance professionals, promoting assurance as a profession.
