Mission & Goals
Incolanse Law Firm Ltd is a Ukrainian legal firm dedicated to providing high-level legal services in the European Union and Ukraine. Our mission is to act as a legal bridge between Ukrainian and European institutions, promoting alignment with EU standards and regulatory practices. We specialize in strategic legal representation and lobbying within the EU framework, focusing particularly on defending and promoting the interests of Ukraine’s space industry at the European level. As legal counsel to key industrial stakeholders, we advocate for stronger integration of Ukrainian aerospace innovation into the EU market and policy landscape. Our team possesses deep expertise in business mediation and court-affiliated mediation mechanisms, enabling efficient conflict resolution across jurisdictions. We provide cross-border legal services in commercial, financial and banking law, assisting clients in navigating complex legal frameworks involving both EU and Ukrainian legislation.
EU Legislative Interests
Incolanse Law Firm focuses on legislative and policy developments at the EU level that impact Ukraine–EU legal integration, especially in the areas of space cooperation, banking regulation, and access to justice. We monitor and aim to contribute to the implementation of the EU–Ukraine Association Agreement, with a particular interest in aligning Ukrainian legal standards with EU norms in the financial and judicial sectors. Our activities target EU initiatives and directives related to cross-border commercial dispute resolution, court-annexed mediation, and legal harmonization in the context of Eastern Partnership policies. A core area of interest is the development of European space policy and legislation relevant to research, dual-use technology, security, and industrial collaboration. We advocate for the inclusion of Ukrainian aerospace actors in EU programs such as Horizon Europe and other innovation frameworks. Furthermore, we follow legislative initiatives affecting the legal framework for SMEs, financial institutions, digital services, and external relations – particularly where they impact access for Ukrainian entities to EU markets and legal mechanisms.
Communication Activities
Incolanse Law Firm engages in communication activities to foster legal and institutional dialogue between Ukraine and the EU. We publish expert articles, position papers, and bilingual (Ukrainian–English) legal analyses on EU law, including space law, banking regulation, investment protection, and mediation. Our team interacts with EU institutions through public consultations, written submissions, and participation in events in Brussels, such as the European Business Summit and the “Recovery of Ukraine” Summit. We meet with representatives of the European Commission, Members of the European Parliament, and EU advisory bodies to discuss judicial reform, cross-border commercial law, and investment policy. Communication channels include publications, webinars, social media, and direct briefings. All activities are carried out on a voluntary basis without remuneration.
