Mission & Goals
IFDK is the Danish Development Finance Institution. IFDK promotes investments that support sustainable development in developing countries and contributes to the realisation of the Sustainable Development Goals.
EU Legislative Interests
The framework of the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) 2021-2027 and Regulation (EU) 20211947 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 June 2021 establishing the Neighbourhood, Development and lnternational Cooperation lnstrument-Global Europe, amending and repealing Decision No 466/2014lEU and repealing Regulation (EU) 201711601 and Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 480/2009 (the "NDlCl-GE Regulation") establishing the new European Fund for Sustainable Development Plus (the 'EFSD+") and the external action guarantee.

IFDK is managing funds under three different contribution agreements financing certain investment activitites. IFDK is in that connection receiving fees and manages technical assistance facilities, but that has not been categorised as grants above.
