Mission & Goals

Ignarion is a European defence company building the next generation of rocket-powered air defence systems. We design and manufacture affordable, agile, and scalable interceptor technologies to protect European airspace from emerging aerial threats — from drones to hypersonic missiles. Founded by rocket engineering veterans, Ignarion combines deep propulsion and systems expertise with a fast, iterative development philosophy proven in the new space sector. Our goal is simple: Make air defence as fast, flexible, and cost-effective as the threats it counters. Based in the Netherlands, we work with European and allied partners across industry, research, and government to strengthen sovereign defence capability and reduce dependency on non-European systems. Ignarion operates at the intersection of technology, sovereignty, and resilience, forging a future where Europe can build, deploy, and defend on its own terms.
