Additional Information
The reason our declared costs are lower than the average among other similar organisations in the EU and in our field is due to the fact that iGlobal.Lawyer s.r.l.s. is a newly established entity, incorporated just one year ago. As a service company at the very beginning of its activity, our current expenses are substantially reduced and we are only now starting to initiate our first collaborations, which will enable the company to generate revenues and progressively expand its range of services; accordingly, this will lead to more and more expenditure over time. In accordance with Italian law, our company includes in its cost estimates all expenses relevant to the company's activity, such as direct and indirect costs, fixed and variable costs, general operational overheads, and any other obligations arising under Italian accounting and tax regulation. Our accounting practices ensure all relevant categories (e.g., staff, office, event, membership, publication, travel, and miscellaneous management costs) are duly monitored and, if incurred, will be reported accurately in future updates to the Transparency Register, in compliance with applicable national and EU standards. At present, our main expenses are limited to web management services, specifically, the maintenance of our website and the management of our cookie policy (through the provider Iubenda). For the remainder of the current fiscal year, we anticipate that our costs will mainly relate to the development and acquisition of online educational materials, however, since our operational activities and partnerships will be increasing in the near future, we expect a corresponding increase in all associated cost categories.
