Mission & Goals
IBAR is an engineering company specialising in automation and system integration in industry and electromobility. We design, program, manufacture and distribute products such as battery replacement stations for heavy goods vehicles. We are primarily an engineering service provider for energy companies and water suppliers. We develop strategies for digital network systems in critical infrastructure.
EU Legislative Interests
The energy transition urgently requires storage capacities in the energy grids in order to resolve the energy bottleneck problem. At the same time, the electrification of heavy-duty transport is to be rolled out, which will create further volatility in the energy grids. We recommend that European policymakers establish battery replacement systems as a new refuelling infrastructure. These are grid-friendly, resilient and far superior to diesel vehicles and fast-charging systems in terms of cost.
Communication Activities
We offer our services within the framework of forums or strategy discussions for critical infrastructures such as energy, water, logistics, etc.
