Mission & Goals

The Hyperloop Development Program (HDP) is governed by the 'Stichting Hyperloop Development Program' under Dutch law. The foundation acts as the quartermaster and lead partner of an international network of partner organisations, which includes hyperloop developers, industry players, research institutions, and educational institutions. The foundation encourages and facilitates innovation by HDP Partners, which is aimed at collaboration to develop the hyperloop as a safe and energy-efficient transport mode.
