Mission & Goals
The Human Technology Institue France is an independent think tank, supporting public and private decision-makers in their reflections on the ethics of digital technologies, with a view to greater respect for human rights and the well-being of populations.
EU Legislative Interests
All files relating to the EU Digital Single Market and broader digital economy policies, including: the Digital Services Act (DSA) and Digital Markets Act (DMA); the Data Governance Act (DGA); the AI Act; and any EU public policy addressing digital transformation, economic competitiveness, and innovation-driven societal progress, in particular : digital society, digital sovereignty, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its various applications and uses, future of work, innovation, R&D, evidence-based policymaking, economy, jobs, sustainability, fiscal sustainability, education and human capital, startups, SMEs, entrepreneurs, the data economy, the future of Europe.
