Mission & Goals

HEP is the national energy company dealing with generation, distribution and supply of electricity, as well as distribution and supply of heat energy and natural gas to customers. It is organized as a concern: the parent company (HEP d.d.) carries out the function of corporate governance and guarantees conditions for safe and reliable electricity supply to customers and the subsidiary companies (managing, accounting, legal), which conduct regulated activities (transmission and distribution) are clearly separated from companies which conduct non-regulated activities (generation and supply). Mission - Sustainable, reliable and competitive production, distribution and supply of energy in line with the customers' needs and with a high degree of social responsibility. Vision - a regional energy leader, in cooperation with domestic and international institutions/companies develop technological opportunities, competitive edge and innovative business models focused on future customer needs
