Mission & Goals
We are a network of senior HR Directors and professionals, we are the European network within HR Policy Global, which is part of CHRO. Our interest is in the area of employee relations and employment law.
EU Legislative Interests
Matters relating to social policy in all areas related to employee relation, information and consultation. We have a particular interest in the following EU legislative initiatives: Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) Pay Transparency Directive Platform Workers Directive European Works Council (revised) Directive AI in the workplace Telework / Woking from Home / Changing nature of work
Communication Activities
We publish a week newsletter which we share with member companies and with others with an interest in employee relations issues in Europe. We discuss EU initiatives in this newsletter and share our analysis of their impact. We communicate from time to time with officials in the EU Commission and with MEPs and their staff in the European Parliament

Additional Information
We has three face to face meetings with MEPs in the year 2025 and had some face to face meetings and online calls with EU Commission officials in the year 2025. Mr. Mario Nava Director General, DG Employment, Social Affairs, and Inclusion, European Commission was a guest speaker at our February 2025 members meeting held at the Pullman Midi Hotel, Brussels on Tuesday 04/02/2025.
