Development, manufacturing and supply of low carbon transport fuel systems for engines and vehicles. Markets include Heavy Duty trucks, Rail, Construction and Marine. Customers of Cespira are the major Original Equipment Manufacturers who in turn sell vehicles and equipment into the market.

Organisation Members
Born from a joint venture between Volvo Group (45%) and Westport Fuel Systems (55%), Cespira is now the proud home of the cutting-edge HPDI technology. Westport Fuel Systems Inc., as part owner of the formed joint venture with the Volvo Group, transferred its HPDI business to certain of its affiliated entities (Cespira group). The Westport group and the Volvo group are co-owners of the Cespira group and will collaborate to accelerate the development, commercialization and adoption of Cespira’s HPDI technology. Cespira is a non listed, limited partnership company, registered as HPDI Technology LP.
