HM Durmitor is a Montenegrin company based in Žabljak, located within the UNESCO-listed Durmitor National Park. Established on July 1, 2004, it operates as a limited liability company (d.o.o.) and is registered with the commercial court in Podgorica. The company operates in the fields of tourism, hospitality, agriculture, commerce, and organic food production. The company is involved in various activities within the hospitality and agricultural sectors. It operates a four-star hotel in Žabljak, hotel Jezera and runs a well-known traditional restaurant, Momčilov Grad. In addition to tourism and hospitality, HM Durmitor also operates an organic farm that produces high-quality meat and dairy products.
