Mission & Goals
Hemisféra ľavá is a civic association that has been dedicated for the past 8 years to educating children, young people and adults in the field of digital technologies. It has created a comprehensive educational platform in the field of game development and brings together a wide range of people active in the creation of digital content, computer games and innovative education. Its activities focus on the development of critical thinking, media and digital literacy, and the safe use of technologies. The organisation prepares and implements educational programmes, courses, workshops, methodological materials, campaigns and digital tools for schools, teachers, young people and the wider public. The aim of Hemisféra ľavá is to continuously develop innovative educational activities, increase access to digital education and support its integration into teaching.It supports children and young people in discovering and developing their abilities and talents for their future professional life.

Communication Activities
In relation to the above-mentioned policies and legislative frameworks, our communication activities mainly consist of monitoring publicly available information, documents, consultations and outputs of the institutions of the European Union, as well as reflecting them in our educational, methodological and awareness-raising activities. Our activities focus on disseminating information on topics related to digital education, media and digital literacy, the safety of children and young people in the online environment, and the responsible use of technologies, including artificial intelligence. As part of these activities, we prepare educational materials, workshops, courses, public events and information campaigns intended for schools, teachers, young people and the wider public. We have not yet held direct individual meetings with representatives of the institutions of the European Union in relation to the above-mentioned files.

Hemisféra ľavá is not a member of any associations, federations, confederations, networks or other structures at national, European or international level. We are not associate with or contribute to other entities. However we cooperates with several friendly entities in the fields of digital education, game development, youth work, inclusion and innovative education (https://hemisfera.sk/o-nas/).
