Mission & Goals
Αποστολή του Ελληνικού Συνδέσμου Ασβέστου είναι να υποστηρίζει με κάθε τρόπο τους Έλληνες παραγωγούς ασβέστη. Στόχοι του είναι: - Να προωθεί και να αναδεικνύει τα πλεονεκτήματα που προκύπτουν από την χρήση του ασβέστη σε όλα τα δυνατά πεδία εφαρμογής. - Να λαμβάνει μέρος σε όλες τις συζητήσεις που αφορούν νομοθεσίες που ενδέχεται να έχουν επίπτωση στον κλάδο παραγωγής ασβέστου στην Ελλάδα. - Η έρευνα για καινοτόμα προϊόντα ασβέστη με πολύ ιδιαίτερα περιβαλλοντικά πλεονεκτήματα - Η έρευνα για εξεύρεση βιώσιμων λύσεων ουδετεροποίησης άνθρακα του κλάδου ασβέστη με ορίζοντα το 2050

Αν και ο Ελληνικός Σύνδεσμος Ασβέστου δεν είναι μέλος και δεν συνδράμει με οποιονδήποτε τρόπο οικονομικά τον Ευρωπαϊκό Σύνδεσμο Ασβέστου (European Lime Association : https://eula.eu/), εντούτοις, συνεργάζεται και ανταλλάσσει απόψεις και πληροφορίες μαζί του, στο πλαίσιο των κοινών ενδιαφερόντων και δραστηριοτήτων που αφορούν την παραγωγή ασβέστου στην Ευρώπη. Although the Hellenic Lime Association is not a member and does not financially assist the European Lime Association (EULA: https://eula.eu/), it nevertheless cooperates and exchanges views and information with it, within the framework of common interests and activities concerning lime production in Europe.
