Mission & Goals
H2O wil de stem van de patiënt binnen de zorg versterken, bijdragen aan de verbetering van behandelresultaten en waardegedreven zorg bevorderen. Dit project is het eerste initiatief op deze schaal om patiëntuitkomsten te verzamelen en te integreren in besluitvorming op individueel en op populatieniveau. Het H2O netwerk van observatoria gaat ervoor zorgen dat de data voor iedereen – patiënten, onderzoekers, zorgverleners, bestuurders, handhavers, regelgevende instanties én bedrijven – beschikbaar worden. Dat verbetert de uitkomsten van zorg en schept een beleidskader om data op ethische wijze en volgens de regels te beheren, zodat deze essentiële bron beter wordt beschermd.
