Headline Services Germany GmbH provides venture capital-related advisory and operational support services within the Headline group. Its activities include supporting investment analysis, portfolio monitoring, fund operations, and related back-office functions for venture capital fund structures managed or advised by Headline entities. EU Legislative Interests
Headline Services Germany GmbH follows and may engage on EU legislative and policy initiatives relevant to venture capital, private funds, investment advisory activities, innovation financing, and the European startup and scaleup ecosystem. In particular, the organisation’s areas of interest include the following EU legislative proposals and policies: the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) and related implementing measures applicable to alternative investment fund managers; the European Venture Capital Funds Regulation (EuVECA Regulation) and any potential review or amendments relevant to venture capital fund structures; the EU Startup and Scaleup Strategy, including initiatives aimed at improving access to finance for innovative companies and strengthening the European venture capital ecosystem; the Savings and Investments Union / Capital Markets Union initiatives, to the extent they concern private capital, venture capital, fund regulation, and cross-border investment in the EU; EU initiatives concerning innovation finance, technology investment, access to growth capital, and the competitiveness of European startups and scaleups. Headline Services Germany GmbH represents its interests by monitoring relevant EU policy developments and, where appropriate, participating in industry discussions, consultations, or association-led engagement relating to the regulatory framework for venture capital funds, fund managers, and investment into innovative growth companies.
