Mission & Goals
HBK Investments LP is a regulated global, multi-strategy alternative investment management firm founded in 1991. We provide discretionary investment management services and related administrative services to our Funds. In managing our Funds, we seek to generate attractive absolute returns with relatively low volatility and relatively low correlation to most major market indices. Except as limited by the applicable Fund Documents and applicable laws and regulations, we may invest through both long and short positions in an unlimited range of securities, derivatives and other financial instruments throughout the world.
EU Legislative Interests
We seek to better understand the EU’s competition policies and initiatives as well as merger guidelines. We are also periodically interested in certain legislation that directly impacts our business, such as the EU Securitisation Regulation and the UCITS Eligible Assets Directive.
Communication Activities
Communication activities are limited and consist primarily of participation in group meetings with EU officials that have been organized by research firms and attendance at industry association conferences.
