Subsidiaries of Hafslund AS: Eidsiva Energi AS Hafslund owns 50%, Innlandet Energi Holding AS owns 49.4%, and Åmot Municipality owns 0.6%. Innlandet Energi is owned by 27 municipalities in the Innlandet region and Innlandet County Municipality. Eidsiva Energi owns broadband operations, bioenergy, and the grid company Elvia, which is Norway’s largest electricity distribution company. Hafslund Kraft AS Hafslund owns 56.5% and Eidsiva Energi owns 43.5%. The company is therefore 100% publicly owned, with the City of Oslo, 27 municipalities in Innlandet, and Innlandet County Municipality as the ultimate owners. Through indirect ownership via Eidsiva Energi (see above), Hafslund has a total ownership stake of 78.3%. Hafslund Celsio AS Hafslund is the majority owner with a 60% stake. HitecVision AS and Infranode AS each own 20%. Hafslund Invest AS Hafslund owns 65%, and Eidsiva Energi owns 35%. Hafslund Magnora Sol AS Hafslund owns 40%. The other owners are Magnora AS (40%) and Helios Nordic Energy AB (20%). Eidsiva Hafslund Vind AS Hafslund and Eidsiva Energi each own 50%. Skygard AS Hafslund, Telenor, and HitecVision each own 31.7%, while Analysys Mason owns 5%. Fastcharge AS Hafslund and Obligo Nordic Climate Impact Fund each own 47.2%, while three other investors together own 5.6%.
