Mission & Goals

The GSMA is a global organisation unifying the mobile ecosystem to discover, develop and deliver innovation foundational to positive business environments and societal change. Our vision is to unlock the full power of connectivity so that people, industry, and society thrive. Representing mobile operators and organisations across the mobile ecosystem and adjacent industries, the GSMA delivers for its members across three broad pillars: Industry Services and Solutions, Connectivity for Good, and Outreach. Headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, GSMA Europe represents the interests of mobile network operators in Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). In this region, more than 200 mobile network operators provide connections to 730 million unique subscribers. We engage our members, governments and civil society to advance positive policy, reduce inequalities and tackle the big societal challenges, from digital inclusion to climate change.
