Mission & Goals
Greenland Resources AS is a Greenlandic company with registration in Denmark focused on the development of its flagship project called Malmbjerg, a world class Climax-type molybdenum mineral deposit with by-product magnesium near tidewater in east-central Greenland. The Project signed numerous offtake agreements with the largest steel companies in the EU for the long term supply of molybdenum extracted in Greenland and processed in Belgium. The Company has an environmental mine design and lower scope 1&2 emissions that competitors. The Project was awarded a Sovereignty STEP Seal and was mentioned in the RESource EU communique of December 2, 2025 as a priority EU Project
