Mission & Goals

GreenLab is a unique green, circular energy park. It is the green energy park of the future for companies that want to contribute to the green transition. Here, sustainable energy is generated and supplied to the park’s companies in the form that suits them best. The energy is then transformed into heat, electrofuels, and other green products. In the energy park, everything is connected by the so-called SymbiosisNet – an intelligent network of energy and data that enables companies to share their surplus energy and resources. GreenLab enables the acceleration of technology to commercial scale and is a national research facility. The park operates as a regulatory testzone and landing zone for renewable energy, sector integration and energy storage. It is an example of an ambitious project with a strong local anchorage. GreenLab has proven itself as a business case that has benefitted local growth and employment to a very high degree.
