Mission & Goals
We are a multi-disciplinary company dedicated to implementing sustainable development projects. Since 2005 we’ve been helping policy and clients to see the world as interconnected – by formulating strategies, creating policies, building partnerships, interacting with people, and implementing programs that have a lasting economic, environmental, social and financial impact. We work on technical assistance projects financed by governments and international agencies, such as the EU, UN, CEFTA, World Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, European Investment Bank, KfW, USAID and GIZ as well by the private sector. Our tailor-made services support our clients to reduce poverty, secure economic development and growth, job opportunities and human development, clean energy, improve the transport and infrastructure, protect the environment, fight climate change and promote good governance. EU Legislative Interests
GPM Consulting is actively working towards integration of the Western Balkans i EU, aligning their policies with key EU legislative proposals and reforms. The main EU policies and initiatives targeted include: 1. Growth Plan for the Western Balkans The Growth Plan, adopted in November 2023, aims to: - Integrate Western Balkan economies into the EU’s single market. - Advance regional economic cooperation. - Increase pre-accession funding to accelerate socio-economic convergence. - Support reforms in governance, trade, and investment. 2. Reform and Growth Facility Economic development and EU-related reforms, including: - Alignment with EU foreign policy, including restrictive measures. - Strengthening democratic institutions and public administration reforms. 3. EU Accession & Enlargement Policies GPM Consulting assists the Western Balkans on: - Rule of law and anti-corruption measures. - Economic governance and financial transparency. - Public administration modernization. - Alignment with EU trade and environmental policies. Providing technical assistance to Western Balkans administrations and private sector, GPM Consulting aim to accelerate EU membership, improve economic stability, and enhance regional cooperation.
