Mission & Goals

The objective of the company shall be the participation and management, including the sale of investments in companies for its own account, in its own name and not for third parties, in the area of project development and other consulting services and services relating to the construction and operation of energy systems, the establishment, acquisition and sale of project companies - also abroad - which construct, operate or finance energy systems – also abroad, as well as construction and the operation and the asset management of its own and third-party energy systems. With that being said, the company aims to contribute significantly to Ukraine’s transition toward renewable energy and align with the country’s commitment to rebuilding and modernising its energy grid with a focus on stability, security, decentralisation, interconnection with the EU, and prioritisation of green energy.
