Mission & Goals

Global Vision Property Development is the construction and property development arm of the Global Vision group, with a 20-year group track record in delivering large-scale industrial and commercial real estate. The company designs, develops, and delivers industrial and commercial facilities across Central and Eastern Europe and selected international markets. Project areas include industrial and manufacturing facilities (including aerospace and high-precision manufacturing), energy infrastructure, strategic telecommunications, data centres, logistics and warehousing, and mixed-use industrial parks. The company focuses on energy-efficient construction, sustainable materials and construction methods, and the delivery of certified facilities that meet sector-specific technical standards. The group's current pipeline exceeds EUR 150 million, with active developments in Romania, Europe, and the USA

EU Legislative Interests

Global Vision Property Development engages with the following EU legislative proposals and policies relevant to its construction and property development activities: Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (recast). Engagement focuses on implementation requirements for energy performance of new and existing buildings, zero-emission buildings, building renovation passports, and minimum energy performance standards for non-residential buildings. Energy Efficiency Directive, including provisions on energy efficiency in public buildings, data centre energy efficiency and reporting obligations, and Member State energy savings obligations. Construction Products Regulation. Interest in product declaration requirements, sustainability and durability characteristics, digital product passports, and harmonised technical specifications for construction products. EU Taxonomy Regulation on the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investment, in particular the technical screening criteria for the construction and real estate sector. Directive on the resilience of critical entities, relevant to the construction of critical infrastructure including data centres, energy facilities, and telecommunications and satellite ground station infrastructure. Net-Zero Industry Act, in connection with the construction of facilities for net-zero technology manufacturing and clean energy production. Public Procurement Directives 2014/24/EU and 2014/25/EU, in particular provisions on construction works contracts and procurement by entities operating in the water, energy, transport, and postal services sectors. EU funding instruments relevant to industrial and infrastructure construction, including the Recovery and Resilience Facility, the Cohesion Funds and the Common Provisions Regulation, the Connecting Europe Facility, and the InvestEU Programme. Renovation Wave for Europe, the Construction 2050 strategy, and the New European Bauhaus initiative, as policy frameworks shaping the future of construction and the built environment in the EU.

Communication Activities

To date, Global Vision Property Development's outreach with EU institutions has consisted of: Attendance at EU-level industry events, workshops, and information sessions on construction industry policy, energy performance of buildings, sustainable construction, and EU funding for industrial and infrastructure development. The company does not engage in paid lobbying, public campaigns directed at EU policymakers, advertising aimed at EU institutions, or sponsored content. No direct meetings with Commissioners, Cabinet members, or Members of the European Parliament have taken place at this stage.
