Mission & Goals
Achieving consensus on the science of food regulations and legislation to ensure the global availability of safe and wholesome food products for all consumers. To ensure that scientific correct messages are also correctly understood everywhere, GHI will publish these messages in many local languages, from Armenian to Zulu.
