EU Legislative Interests

We participate in associations and events to enable the aerospace industry in general and our company in particular to have a prosporous and compettive position in the Economy. In this regard, we try to explain why policies like the Green Deal and Clean Industrial Act. The EU taxonomy on sustainable finance has been important in steering funding and there was a time when defence was at risk of being put as 'harmful' under these voluntary schemes. That is currently less the case and we currently try to understand where the taxonomy and its delegated acts start and stop. We are part of projects under the European Defence Fund and under Horizon Europe in general and Clean Aviation European Partnership and try to part of the discussion on future programmes in the same areas. We are part of the Alliance for Zero Emission Aircraft.

Communication Activities

We have not organised events on our own, but mainly through the association that we are part of that is active at EU level, mainly ASD Europe.
