Mission & Goals
Giving Green is a research organisation dedicated to high-impact climate giving. We find evidence-based, cost-effective, and high-leverage nonprofits to help individuals and businesses maximise their climate mitigation impact. We publish open-access research on sectors relevant to climate mitigation and on our chosen nonprofits.
EU Legislative Interests
Giving Green seeks to understand how nonprofits can effectively contribute to political discourse in climate policy (e.g. climate action, European Green Deal, transition to climate neutrality, climate diplomacy, bilateral and plurilateral engagement and partnerships on climate action, international and multilateral climate policy, funding, and regulation for research and innovation for climate action, sustainable food systems, farm-to-fork strategy, Green Deal Industrial Plan, Renewable Energy Directive III, Fit for 55, Horizon EU, Energy Market Design Reform, REPowerEU, Clean Industrial Deal)
Communication Activities
Giving Green seeks to understand the needs of EU climate policy via digital meetings with policymakers. Giving Green communicates its research findings on the above-mentioned policy areas via: - Publication and sharing of research reports, executive summaries, and blog posts - Posts on social media (LinkedIn) - Public events, seminars, and webinars
