Mission & Goals
Getrealprice is a data and analytics company improving price transparency across EU consumer markets. We collect and harmonise publicly available retail prices, perform product matching and statistical modelling, and maintain a price-history platform for consumer goods. Our goal is to provide reliable, GDPR-compliant price intelligence (indices, affordability metrics, dashboards and APIs) to businesses and public authorities, helping monitor inflation, detect price dispersion and potential discrimination, and support fair competition and evidence-based policy. In interactions with EU institutions, we may contribute technical expertise and anonymised datasets to consultations and studies; we do not engage in political campaigning.

Communication Activities
Our communication with EU institutions is technical and evidence-based; we do not run public-facing advocacy campaigns. To date, activities have included: • Written submissions to public consultations and calls for evidence on the files listed above (via the “Have Your Say” portal). • Participation in Commission briefings, stakeholder workshops and information sessions (primarily DG JUST, DG COMP, DG CONNECT, DG GROW). • Staff-level exchanges to explain methodology, data provenance and safeguards, on request. • Transmission of aggregated and anonymised datasets, technical notes and dashboards to support market studies, impact assessments and Consumer Protection Cooperation activities. • Publication and targeted sharing of non-commercial white papers and methodological briefs with relevant services and EU agencies. • Speaking contributions at EU-supported webinars/events on price transparency, data access and AI risk management (non-promotional). We do not conduct political advertising or grassroots mobilisation, do not offer gifts or hospitality, and adhere to the Transparency Register Code of Conduct, meeting-disclosure and data-protection rules.
