General Index is a UK Financial Conduct Authority authorised Benchmark Administrator. General Index provides robust, reliable price transparency for the world’s commodity markets. As a technology focused benchmark provider, General Index aggregates trade data to build a full view of market activity, and then applies algorithmic index methodologies consistently, accurately and without subjective judgement.
